2016 One Little Prefix!




Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. - Psalm 51:10
Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me. - Psalm 51:12

I finally did my focus word for 2016!  I looked it up in the dictionary and it IS in there!  Ok, it's a prefix, but hey I'm claiming it.

My one little prefix for 2016 is re.  I was trying to narrow down my word for a couple weeks and God just kept telling me "re".  I know!  OK, the words that kept coming to me were "renew" and "restore".  That's what I need for 2016.  I need to focus on God's grace and power to renew my joy and restore my soul.

    Thank you for your periscopes. I teach school and my favorite part of the day is coming home to see who has been on periscope and watching. I am always blessed by yours. Don't let others rob you of your joy.

    Love your scopes and posts! I've looked everywhere for the Heidi Swapp paper you used on the last one and can't find it. Any ideas?

      Hi! Thank you so much. I scoured the internet for you and all i found were the journaling pads. They aren't exactly the same as the full sheet patterned paper, but if you are looking to cut out roses, you can do that from this pack: https://www.etsy.com/listing/265249706/heidi-swapp-memory-planner-journal-paper?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=heidi%20swapp%20paper&ref=sr_gallery_6

      Heidi Swapp stuff may vary from vendor to vendor and I suspect that's why we can't find the same paper pad. I've also learned that some items are only available in store whether that's at Michael's or Hobby Lobby. I usually keep my eye on hsn.com (which has exclusive Heidi stuff) and etsy.com to see what pops up.
